Generally a minimum of 48 hours is required for catering. To avoid disappointment we suggest a minimum of 72 hours, particularly during festive times. Should you need to speak to someone about your catering requirements in detail, please phone us to make an appointment.
Your booking will be confirmed upon the receipt of a 50% deposit unless otherwise arranged with the catering manager. In case of cancellation less than 4 days out from the function, the deposit may be lost to cover costs. All catering must be paid in full by or on the function date unless a prior arrangement has been made with the catering manager.
