Barista

We are currently seeking a barista who has proven experience in a similar cafe environment.

We use only the best equipment (a 3 group Synesso and Mazza Grinder), the best milk (Bannister Downs) and the best coffee (a custom blend from Five Senses). We are looking for someone who can make fantastic coffee! We recently won the 'I Love Food Awards' on Lifestyle Channel for Best Cafe in WA!

Some of the qualities we are looking for are:

Someone who can work under pressure (we use 50+ kg of coffee per week)

You have an outgoing personality and can relate well with customers

Know what it takes to produce a good cup

Reliable

Eager to continually improve their skills and keep learning
