It is with pleasure that we provide you with our function options at Voyage Kitchen and Delicatessen. Please read the following information as a starting point for your consideration. We would be delighted to hold your special event!
Voyage is a contemporary and intimate space for any evening occasion. Our dining room can be adapted to suit product launches, dinners, cocktail parties, wedding receptions and so on. We cater for 30 - 40 people for sit down dinners and 45 - 55 for standing room events.
Voyage is the perfect beach-side venue for lovers of good food, in a casual and warm atmosphere. We are ideally located opposite Sorrento Beach and easily accessed from the freeway and West Coast Drive.
We are flexible and look forward to making your occasion something very special.
The minimum number for cocktail party events is 45 people, and the maximum 55 people. The café would be set with small clusters of tables and chairs, candles and fresh flowers. The large, central table will have glassware, water jugs and napkins. A small bar area will be set up in front of our display cabinet.
There is no room hire charge for the private and exclusive use of Voyage. For those requiring Voyage for over 3 hours, an additional $150 per half hour will be incurred. This additional time needs to be arranged and paid for prior to the event.

Voyage is BYO alcohol only. We do provide free filtered water. Please deliver your drinks pre chilled to the café any time after 3pm on the day of your function. Unfortunately we are unable to store any drinks after your event.
Soft drinks are available for purchase on the night. They are charged at our standard café prices and will added to your bill. Coffee and tea are available at an additional charge of $4.50 per person (based on numbers of the entire party). This needs to be arranged prior to the event.
Voyage is able to provide iPod and CD facilities if you would like to bring in your own music. DJs and live music are to be organised by the customer and must first be discussed with the function coordinator prior to the event.

Voyage requires an event booking deposit of $500 along with the completed booking form to confirm your function.
Final confirmed numbers are to be provided 7 business days prior to the function date. Based on these numbers we will provide a preliminary invoice.
Voyage requires payment of the total estimated event charges 5 business days prior to the night (excluding soft drinks consumed on the night). Changes to the confirmed numbers can be accommodated no less than 48 hours prior to the event date in accordance with the minimum numbers specified. Increased numbers will be assigned to the final tax invoice.
